Marilyn Croghan founded Croghan & Associates in 1996 and has extensive experience working as an Executive Search Consultant. She is an advisor to executive management on leadership matters within the financial services industry assisting companies select and hire the best senior level talent for their firm.

She has served her clients in a broad leadership advisory role, including research, executive search and recruitment, individual and company reputational due diligence, and career development for senior manages and their teams. She has worked with firms internally as a consultant and externally as a third party vendor, always in a manner that is in keeping with a style of complete trust and partnership.

She is a volunteer for the corporate gift’s committee at the Children’s Aid Foundation and supporter of children’s charities and hospitals. She lives in Toronto with her husband and three children and holds a Bachelor of Science from Ryerson University.
